Phoenix Racing sold? Empty Phoenix Racing sold?

According to FOX Sports, Phoenix Racing has been sold to Harry Scott Jr. and Justin Allgaier will take over the 51 car at Chicagoland with Brandt sponsorship. Also, Owen Kelly will make his Sprint Cup debut at Watkins Glen in the 51 and Ryan Truex is planning on finally debuting at Bristol next month, also in the 51 car.
